Sanitation and Food Protection Standards for Coffee Makers
Rest assured that all our coffee machines are manufactured according to NSF/ANSI4-2009 (Food Protection and Sanitation Standard for Household Electric Coffee Machines).
Coffeemax has a professional technical team that will work closely with you. We will provide a specific inspection checklist depending on your requirements. Our inspectors will verify the quality of each sample before starting mass production. We have pre-shipment inspections to ensure that we deliver coffee machines and coffee makers with exceptional workmanship.
Below are the procedures that follow to create a specific checklist for you:
- Checking the packing and packaging of each coffee maker if it meets the client’s requirements.
- The structure and materials of each coffee maker such as logo, markings, printings, labels, components, and more are checked.
- Our inspectors will check the workmanship of each machine if it is ideal to be displayed in an on-line or physical store. We will also record any defects if there are any.
- On-site testing is performed such as reliability, accessories, functions, and more
